snow greed...

Last night, our county was promised a total accumulation of 11 - 15 inches by the end of today. It's now "9 -13". That better come with a guaranty.

Looking at doppler radar, I think we need to move our town to a more cooperative county, somewhat closer to Michigan.

Dragonfly, you are truly perverse, but I love you anyway.

Fr C, perhaps the 'Chicago boy' in you associates snow with work.

But, maybe your inner Rio de Janeiro two-year-old really wants to stick his tongue out and catch some flakes.

"Inner two-year old"? Are aimin' to get yerself shot, cowgirl?

Shall we just go and skip in the snow and get this over with, then, youngin'?

You two are just too funny! Have fun making a snowman!

No matter how much you two got rid of before the move, I cannot believe you have any empty rooms

Well...at least they're usually devoid of people, though it's not entirely inconceivable that I could misplace one of those... I'm quite skilled at 'misplacing'.

AND -- I miss some things I didn't bring with us, thank you VERY MUCH!

Like your choir? We miss you too...

When the children were asked if they would rather be here in 80F Maui (where we are at present), or hanging with you and Father C. in snowy Indiana, the concensus was they would rather be in Indiana.

You must rank!!

I love you guys, but I have to say I am enjoying the sun, surf, and snorkling at present.

Maybe Indiana in the summer??

i.i: I think winter snow is our best-foot-forward. Magical!!! They would love it. But...Maui. That's...Wow-ee.

Perhaps we could pitch a tent on the island in the summer. Hmmm...

Unkle Phil, this C.D. relishes the memories of times past. Doesn't Music have a way of holding our hearts in the ever present?

Indeed it does! And this songbird clearly feels your presence whenever we sing one of those "old" tunes that you used to direct. You're always close to our hearts!

And you in mine, dear songbird, as a mental picture of your shining face accompanies choral 'soundtracks' running through my head (such as the lovely Lovelace/Donne, which I hear was done on Lent I).
